After a Masters in Law from the University of Sceaux in Paris, in 1984 Mr. Teyssier d'Orfeuil became the Divisional Delegate for Youth in Paris and the Deputy National Youth Delegate of the Republican Party, in charge of International Relations and Human Rights. He was then elected mayor of a Parisian District in 1989.
Marc Teyssier d'Orfeuil is also the founder of several clubs and associations: in 1987 he created the Club for Entrepreneurs and in 1992 he founded the "Club de l'Elu". In 1994, he founded the "Com'Publics" Agency, which is active in corporate communication and lobbying. The group has participated in several societies in the lobbying, consulting and publishing arena. In 2005, he launched the Club of Public-Private Partnerships in support of the 2004 decree on Partnership Agreement.
Currently, Com'Publics leads 19 Clubs, of which 6 are professional unions, and 13 that bring together public and private stakeholders around a general theme of interest. Over the years, Mr. Teyssier d'Orfeuil has acquired extensive experience in the field of institutional and environmental communications. He was project manager for a municipal campaign in 1989, then in 1990-1991 worked at Optimums, a company responsible for the development of Direct Marketing Studies and for Local Qualitative Studies, and later on served as Director of Development for the agency Influence, where he specialised in institutional communications.
In addition, Mr. Teyssier d'Orfeuil has experience in organizing international workshops on PPPs and on ecological vehicles.
